These Terms of Service define the conditions for using our Services and outline your responsibilities as a user, particularly regarding copyright compliance, intellectual property ownership, and proper use of our products. By accessing or using Monkey Transfers’ Services, you agree to these terms.
User Responsibilities
Content Ownership
By uploading any design, artwork, or image to Monkey Transfers, you confirm that you either:

Own all rights to the submitted content, or

Have received explicit permission from the original copyright holder to use the content for printing and reproduction.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MonkeyTransfers.com and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions resulting from the content you upload, including but not limited to intellectual property disputes.
Prohibited Content
You are strictly prohibited from uploading content that:

Violates copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights;

Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate;

Promotes violence, discrimination, or any form of unlawful activity.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to Monkey Transfers Services without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
Respect for Rights
Monkey Transfers respects the intellectual property rights of all creators and expects users to do the same. You may not submit or upload any content that infringes upon protected works, including copyrighted or trademarked materials.
Infringement Claims
If we receive a complaint that content you uploaded infringes another party’s intellectual property rights, Monkey Transfers may investigate and remove the infringing material without notice. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.
Limitation of Liability
Monkey Transfers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages—including, but not limited to, loss of business, lost profits, loss of goodwill, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the original order placed directly with Monkey Transfers. We are not responsible for any costs, claims, or damages involving third parties, end customers, resellers, or downstream use of our products.
All products are custom-made, and results depend on your equipment, materials, and application method. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure proper pressing settings, garment compatibility, and adherence to care instructions. Monkey Transfers does not guarantee results if products are used outside of our recommended guidelines.
By placing an order, you agree that any claims must be submitted by the original purchaser within 7 days of delivery, supported by clear photo or video evidence. Claims submitted after this period or by third parties cannot be accepted.
Policy Updates
Monkey Transfers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our website or by email.
