Return Policy

Because all DTF transfers are produced specifically for each customer, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping costs, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The claim is submitted by the original purchaser within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos or a video are provided showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product.

Claims submitted after 7 days or by third parties (such as your customers or resellers) cannot be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

Monkey Transfers is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages—including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, loss of reputation, or any issues arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Our responsibility is strictly limited to the value of the original order placed directly with Monkey Transfers. We do not assume liability for any claims, expenses, or damages resulting from third-party use, resale, or downstream applications of our products.

All products are custom-made, and their final outcome depends on your equipment, materials, and application process. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure correct heat settings, garment compatibility, and adherence to care instructions. Monkey Transfers does not guarantee results when products are used outside our recommended guidelines.
