Order Processing
We work to process orders as quickly as possible and aim to ship all weekday orders within 24 hours.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom or large-volume orders may require additional preparation time. If so, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.
Important Note
We strive to meet all estimated delivery times; however, unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier may occur—especially during peak seasons or due to external factors. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for transit delays.
Limitation of Liability
Monkey Transfers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from shipping delays, lost packages, damage during transit, or inability to use the delivered products.
Our shipping-related liability is strictly limited to the value of the original order placed directly with Monkey Transfers. We are not responsible for any costs, damages, or claims resulting from third parties, including end customers, resellers, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.
Please remember: All delivery times are estimates. Once your order ships, any further delays fall under the responsibility of the carrier.
